An incredible feast for my tummy in Solapur

I’m  here at Solapur and as soon as I went out I knew there was only one thing I want to eat today, the famous mutton biryani and mutton seekh kababs of solapur.

I know I had a lot of biryanis at different places in india But Biryani in solapur is diffrenent its mixture of hydrabadi and famous solapuri saoji spices, so I decided to visit one of the famous biryani joint in solapur “KHAN CHACHA” at hydrabad road, Adress is given at the end of this blog.

This restaurant  make one of the best Biryanis in this city.
And I came here in the afternoon  because this place actually sells out, so I ordered Butter Mutton seekh Kabas and  special Mutton Dum Biryani. The way Biryani is made in Solapur  it's really different than other places,
First they served Mutton seekh kabas, kababs was looking nice and Moist Full of green Masala In it.

That kabab was covered in spices and loads of butter was little bit crispy outside and juicy and tangy inside is one of the best seekh kababs I ever had with yogurt and Mint chutney. I would love come again to solapur   just for this Seekh kabab alone.

Then they served main course “Mutton Biryani”  this biryani actually has three layers ,top is covered with basmati rice With fried chopped onions and mint ,Middle is full of Local saoji masala (Essence of biryani) and then at the bottom is full of  Mutton.

Rice in biryani was so fluffy and aromatic mixed with tasty masala and mutton flavor in it. The flavor of mutton seemed changing evrytime when I chew it. Mutton was fatty, little crispy outside and nice juicy, moist and full of masla flavors inside.
Mutton was so moist and crispy that every time I was taking a bite it was melting in my mouth.they serve Mutton gravy And yogurt with onions in it  along with biryani and trust me  that adds heavenly flavoers in biryani.

That was An incredible feast for my tummy.
